Matthew Ervin is a senior project engineer at Dome Technology. He built his career working for bulk-handling industry leader Bruks-Siwertell, most recently serving for five years as vice president of engineering, where he managed a team of more than 20 employees and contractors.
Being part of a growing company for 19 years gave Ervin the opportunity for involvement in all business aspects of Bruks-Siwertell, including drafting, IT, legal, and sales. His teams were awarded Project of the Year seven times prior to his move into management, and he was an essential team member in projects valued at $30 million throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. His skill set includes practical, quality design methodology for complex custom machines.
Ervin earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in mechanical design. He and his wife Emily have two children and live in Cumming, Georgia, USA.
