Structural-Steel Processing

The Voortman V808 CNC plasma robotic beam line increases throughput, reduces human error, and keeps costs competitive. It processes wide profiles up to 50 inches (1,250 mm) wide, 65 feet (19,800 mm) long, and weighing up to 32,500 pounds (14,700 kg). This unit handles wide beams, channels, angles, and HHS square or rectangular sections. With it, we can process any structural shape, including wide flanges, channels, tube steel, and angles.

Plate Processing

The AKS Plasma table with five-axis head can cut up to two-inch carbon-steel plate. The table also has an oxy-fuel torch head that can cut from 1/8” to 6 carbon-steel plate. This unit is equipped with a water vent-injection system, a patent-pending process featuring a vented N2 plasma gas and H2O shield gas for less angularity and squarer cut edges on stainless steel and aluminum.

Pipe Processing

The AKS plasma table also processes two-inch to 24-inch outside-diameter round pipe and up to 12-inch-by-12-inch standard rectangular or square tube up to 20 feet long with a maximum weight of 3,300 pounds (1,500 kg).

The BendTech Dragon A400 is a CNC tube and pipe plasma cutter designed to process materials up to 24 feet in length and with a maximum weight of 400 pounds. It can handle round tubing from 0.75 to six inches in diameter and square or rectangular tubing from one to four inches. The machine utilizes a five-axis system for precise control and automation.
